Mada Solution ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Kencan mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our service.

1. Information Collection and Use

Personal Data: Name, Email Address, Age, and Gender.
Location Data: We collect precise location data (GPS) to enable matching with users nearby. This data may be collected even when the app is in the background if permitted.
Media Content: Photos and videos uploaded for profile and posts.
FCM Tokens: Collected to send you push notifications for messages and calls.

2. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

Google Play Services
Firebase (Google): Authentication, Firestore Database, Cloud Messaging
Agora.io: Voice and Video calling functionality
Google Play Billing: In-App Purchases and VIP subscriptions

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Strict Moderation: Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours.
User Tools: Every profile has a "Report" and "Block" feature.
Zero Tolerance: Abusive, harassing, or sexually explicit content is strictly prohibited. Accounts violating these terms will be permanently banned.

4. Child Safety (CSAE/CSAM)

Kencan is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We have a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it and ban the account. We cooperate with law enforcement and organizations like NCMEC to report any illegal content (CSAM).

5. Data Retention and Account Deletion

Account Deletion: Users can request account deletion at any time through the app settings or by contacting us at madasoftsolution@gmail.com. Upon deletion, all personal data, photos, and chat history will be permanently removed from our servers.

6. Security

We value your trust in providing us with your personal information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
