🔒 Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Mada Solution maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding the exploitation of children. We explicitly prohibit any content or behavior related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) within the Kencan app. This includes, but is not limited to:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Grooming
Any form of sexualization of minors

🛡️ In-App Reporting Mechanism

The Kencan app provides a functional in-app mechanism for users to report suspicious content or behavior. Users can use the "Report" button on any profile or within chat rooms to flag violations.

⚖️ Method for Addressing CSAM

Any reported content involving CSAM or CSAE will be reviewed immediately (within 24 hours).
If a violation is confirmed:
- The account will be permanently banned
- The content will be deleted
- Mada Solution will report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant law enforcement agencies
